About us

Healthbox HQ is a private gym located in the heart of Rydalmere.

With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, we have created a space where we believe results are met and sustained. A place where you can actually enjoy the process and have fun in an environment that really cares and pushes you past your limits.

Unlike large commercial gyms, our private space provides a much more intimate and personal experience, the kind of effective training method that cannot be performed in fitness centres and public gyms.

Our sessions are capped at low numbers to ensure you are getting the best training experience possible because you aren't just another number to us. Every session, exercise and set is tailored to each individuals goals and targets.

Book in your free Physical Screening

We encourage everyone before purchasing any membership or session to book in a free screening and consultation. In this session we will have a chat about your fitness history, what your goals are and what we can do to help. We will then run through a couple exercises appropriate to you and see where you're at. We can then make an action plan and go from there.
