Athletic Development

Our Athletic Development program is one of our most popular programs and rightfully so. Focusing on plyometric strength, explosive power and fast twitch muscle fibres, it is our goal to get you to perform to the best you can in your respective sport and/or improve your overall athletic ability. Having worked with athletes of all kind of sporting backgrounds, we know that each one has its own strengths and weaknesses and we make it our mission to get those improved. Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer Pilates is tailored to focus on you in a semi private environment. With only 6 reformers in our studio, our amazing instructors are able to work closely with each client ensuring all movements are performed correctly and helping our clients to move from beginner to advanced injury free. Enjoy the benefits of greater core strength, free from back pain, weight loss, better performance, stronger bone density and posture improvement. The best thing is, it can be really fun and learning all the new movements can give a sense of accomplishment as well. Personal Training

Personal training here at Healthbox is all about you. We are here to give you the best 1 hour session that we possibly can. Whether you are wanting to get into shape, tone your body, bulk up or get fitter, stronger, leaner or even if you're in rehab with an injury, we can accommodate for all. With both male and female trainers, with over 10 years of one on one experience, we have the ability to train you and push you outside your comfort zone. Boxing

We love boxing here at Healthbox. Whether you're in it for the fitness or wanting to get in the ring, boxing is great for all. Sprint Classes

With a life experience of track and field events, we are very big on sprinting being a skill and technique that when taught young, can't be forgotten. Sprinting is a beneficial attribute to add to any young persons skillset or even to an older persons arsenal. With a competitive sprint career, we have the ability to turn anyone into a faster and more structured runner. We really recommend this for anyone looking to improve their running, any athlete, younger children and young athletes as they journey on in their careers of their respective sport. There's not a single sport or activity that can't be improved with sprint training.

Strength Training

Our Strength training program is a structured gym regime created to give you the best training experience possible. We keep numbers low to ensure the focus stays on you and your training. We don't want to be a F45, CrossFit or another functional training centre. We want to tailor programs to the individual, focus on you and make sure we are always moving forward. Sessions are designed specifically to your goals and needs. With the help of our top personal trainers, we strive to get you into the best shape of your life and to the best you can be. In this sector, we focus more on heavy lifting and weight training with the help of barbells, dumbbells, functional equipment and machinery. 

Young Athletes

Similar to our Athletic Development, this program applies for kids from 8-14 years old. We love to help our younger generations. With our young athletes program we aim to help all our junior athletes to be the best they can be. Our biggest emphasis here is to create strong foundations and embed in these kids good habits that will last them for the years to come. We want to get them off their phones and on their feet and start moving freely and correctly.

We encourage everyone before purchasing any membership or session to book in a free screening and consultation. In this session we will have a chat about your fitness history, what your goals are and what we can do to help. We will then run through a couple exercises appropriate to you and see where you're at. We can then make an action plan and go from there.
