Dillan Kahale

I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. I have made it my personal mission that every session will be the best session possible. It is my goal to be able to help anyone and everyone regardless of location, time availability, injury or any other external factors. Being a trainer and being involved in the sporting/fitness world for so long, I have built a skillset that can produce exceptional results in a sustainable way. I don't like progress that's time limited or that goes away with your next holiday. I want to make long term progress that will be with you forever. My success in football and in track and field events is heavily due to my physical attributes. It is my personal goal to be able to help upcoming footballers/athletes that have the ability to then reach their optimum physical capabilities required to take them to the next level.

Ashley Mifsud

This is more than just a job, it’s a way of living.  With 5+ years experience in health and fitness both training and coaching, as well as going on my own personal journey losing over 12kg, I can closely understand and relate to the challenges and hurdles that you may face when trying to better yourself. It’s not a quick fix, and it’s not going to always be easy but my goal is to turn your challenge into a habit that becomes second nature. Over the years I have  worked with young and mature athletes, women pre and post pregnancy, injury rehabilitation and all ages young and old. We want you to create healthy patterns not just for now but for life.

Mina Gendy

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. I’ve been passionate about sports and fitness from a young age, with over 13 years of experience in playing football and 5 years in resistance training. My specialisation is in muscle hypertrophy and strength training, where I focus on helping individuals enhance their physical performance, build muscle, and improve overall fitness. Through my background as both an athlete and a trainer, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the science behind exercise and how to design programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to each person’s unique goals. My goal is to empower my clients to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally, by offering personalised training that not only helps them get fitter but also improves their overall health and well-being. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, I’m dedicated to providing the guidance, support, and motivation needed to achieve sustainable results.

Mandalin Moussa

I'm Mandy, I come from a netball and clinical pilates background. I am currently studying a bachelor of exercise and sport science and I am hoping to master in exercise physiology, I also currently hold my teaching certificate in reformer and matwork pilates, as well as my certificate III and IV in fitness. It is my goal to strengthen and tone each and every client so they can look and feel their best inside and out

Chanel Chidiac

I am a student in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science hoping to master in Exercise Physiology. I have my Certificate III and IV in Fitness as well as my Matwork and Reformer Certificates. I believe that as a trainer it is my duty to help my clients to fall in love with training and to constantly wake up and want move their body. I am a strong advocate for showing up each day and training even when you don't feel like it because any effort you give when you show up to training is better than not showing up at all.

We encourage everyone before purchasing any membership or session to book in a free screening and consultation. In this session we will have a chat about your fitness history, what your goals are and what we can do to help. We will then run through a couple exercises appropriate to you and see where you're at. We can then make an action plan and go from there.
